Mouffetard Apartment, Latin Quarter
Charming, well liked. 1 bedroom (double bed) and one pers possible on fold out 120cm bed in lounge.
Blvd Montparnasse Apartment for Five People
Two bedrooms (double and twin) with fold out bed for one pers. One bathroom. Sleeps 5 pers. Great for family.
Luxury St Germain Apartments
Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, plus double fold out in lounge. Sleeps 6 pers. Just near Odeon stop. Highest standards imagineable!

Honeymoon Apartment on the Seine
This was the very first apartment that I stayed in with my family in Paris. We had two weeks enjoying the view over the Seine River, Pont Neuf and down to the Notre Dame Cathedral. It’s on the third floor with no elevator, but worth climbing the stairs for! It is like a glorified studio apartment with a walled-off corner area behind which is a double bed. Then in the lounge there are two settees which fold down to give extra bedding if required. The kitchen is fully equipped. Sleeps 2/4 pers.

This is the view for you to enjoy! You can see the book stalls lining the Seine River as well.
It has a newly refurbished shower-room / WC which looks very smart.

Marais Apartment with Views
One of the more popular areas to stay in while in Paris is the Marais district. This apartment is quite rare in Paris in that it has wonderful light and views across the rooftops to Sacre Coeur. This lovely apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator taking you to the 5th floor.
The settee can sleep one person, allowing the apartment to take up to three pers. In the lounge there is now a computer with highspeed internet connection.
The double bed is beyond the wall with the wall hanging on it. Non smoking guests only here, and no guests less than 16 years old.

St Germain Apartment
The Rue du Bac area in St Germain is very chic, and this apartment is just around the corner from the Prime-Minister’s residence, which accounts for the police on every corner!
The settee makes a comfortable double bed, allowing up to six persons to stay in the apartment.
There are two bathrooms in this apartment.
There is a wonderful selection of fine food stores close to the apartment, making dining at “home” a pleasure!

Mouffetard Apartment, Latin Quarter
This apartment is located just off Rue Monge and near Place Monge, and a stone’s throw from the exciting market street of Rue Mouffetard. This is a wonderful local area, but still only about a 10 minute walk to the Seine River. My wife and I really love it around here.
This apartment is on the second floor with an elevator. The settee provides a fold out bed suitable for a single person.

Blvd Montparnasse, Paris 6th
This apartment is located on Blvd Montparnasse just to the south of the Luxembourg Gardens. This is a very lively area with an exciting eclectic mix of restaurants and markets. Good metro access all over Paris from here.
There are two sofas in the lounge, one of which coverts into a single bed, allowing 5 pers to sleep here.
The apartment is on the fourth floor with an elevator, and it overlooks a courtyard and thereby sheltered from street noise.

Luxury St Germain Apartments
The Regent luxury apartments are located close to the Odeon metro stop in the heart of St Germain. When I first saw these apartments my jaw dropped. They were so beautifully finished and I’d never seen anything like them – I just said to my family “Right, we’re coming to stay here!!”. There are a range of apartments from studios, to one bedroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom, two bedroom with two bathrooms, three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The apartment is on the third floor without a life,
but when you get there this is the view you have to enjoy! You watch the
cruise liners that regularly arrive in the port.
The sofa in each apartment is equipped with a double fold-out bed.
All the apartments are finished in this chic contemporary style. Each apartment differs slightly from these photos, but all have the same “class”. Kitchens are all well equipped, and a breakfast platter is provided on arrival including tea, coffee, biscuits etc.
The apartments all come off a central courtyard and all access is by video code entry. All apartments have free WIFI broadand internet access and flat screen TVs.
